What is All-on-6, and is it offered at Creative Arts in Dubai?
All-on-6 replaces every tooth in one jaw with a fixed bridge screwed onto six implants spread along the arch. Creative Arts in Dubai offers it alongside All-on-4: the choice depends on your bone, your bite and a 3D CBCT scan. Six implants usually need bone at more points, especially at the back, so a sinus lift or graft is sometimes part of the plan. The bridge is made in the laboratory in our building.

What does All-on-6 mean, and how is it different from All-on-4?
All-on-6 is a fixed full-arch bridge on six implants in one jaw, spread from the front to further back. The bridge is screwed to all six; you do not take it out, and your dentist can unscrew it at reviews.
The difference from All-on-4 is where the support comes from. All-on-4 tilts the back two implants to avoid the sinus or the nerve, so the back teeth often extend beyond the last implant. With six, support reaches further back and the load is shared by more implants. The price is bone: six sites need enough of it, which is not always there without grafting. Our guide to All-on-4 vs All-on-6 compares the two point by point.
When is six implants usually the plan rather than four?
Your CBCT scan, bite and health decide it. These patterns usually point one way or the other.
Six implants are often planned when
- The scan shows enough bone at six points along the arch
- The upper jaw, where softer bone benefits from extra support
- Heavy clenching or grinding, or a strong opposing arch
- A long arch where four implants would leave long unsupported ends
- A sinus lift or graft can make the bone adequate, and the extra healing time suits you
Four implants or another route may suit better when
- Bone at the back is thin and you want to avoid grafting — see All-on-4
- Health makes a longer surgery or grafting unwise
- Several natural teeth can still be saved
- Upper-jaw bone loss is too severe even for a sinus lift; Dr. Firas Osman then assesses other options
- A removable implant-supported denture would suit your cleaning or budget better

What if there is not enough bone for six implants?
The back of the upper jaw is where six-implant plans most often run short. After teeth are lost the bone shrinks and the sinus above it drops lower, leaving only a few millimetres to hold an implant.
- Sinus lift: the sinus membrane is raised and graft material placed beneath it; the implant goes in at the same surgery or after healing, depending on the bone left.
- Ridge graft: a jaw that is too narrow is widened before or during placement.
- A different plan: tilted implants as in All-on-4, or shorter implants, can sometimes avoid grafting.
Grafting adds healing time, often several months, and is a separate line in your plan. See the bone grafting and sinus lift guide.
How All-on-6 treatment runs, from scan to final bridge
A typical sequence for one arch; your written plan gives your own stages.
Assessment and CBCT scan
Bone at each planned site, the sinus floor and the nerve are measured in 3D, with photographs, a digital scan and a bite record.
First visitPlan built from the finished teeth
The bridge is designed first, then the six implant positions are set under it. A surgical guide is 3D-printed in our lab where the case calls for guided implant surgery.
PlanningGrafting, if needed
A sinus lift or ridge graft is done first or at the implant surgery, depending on how much bone there is.
Only if the scan shows itExtractions and implant surgery
Failing teeth are removed and six implants placed under local anaesthetic, with laughing gas, oral or IV sedation available after a medical-history review.
Surgery dayProvisional bridge
If the implants are firmly stable, a fixed provisional bridge can be attached the same day or within days; if not, they heal first under a removable provisional.

After integration, typically 3–6 months, scans and try-ins lead to the final bridge made in our building.

Operating rooms for minor and major oral surgery and implant surgery
Creative Arts has its own operating rooms for minor and major oral surgery and for implant surgery — implants, bone grafts, sinus lifts, surgical extractions and wisdom teeth. Oral & maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Firas Osman assesses and plans surgical cases, with 3D (CBCT) imaging and, where the case calls for it, surgical guides 3D-printed in our own laboratory.
- Local anaesthesiafor most procedures
- Laughing gasnitrous oxide inhalation sedation
- Oral sedationa tablet taken before treatment
- IV sedationconscious sedation through a vein
- The option is chosen for you and for the procedure after a medical-history review.
- Sedation is given and monitored by an appropriately qualified, licensed clinician; fasting rules and an adult escort apply where relevant.
- General anaesthesia is not given at the clinic. When a case needs it — for example corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery — Dr. Firas Osman plans it and arranges it in a hospital.

The All-on-6 bridge is made in our building
The final bridge sits on a framework joining all six implants, with screw access for reviews and pink gingival ceramic where gum has been lost. The lab is in our building, so try-ins do not wait for a courier.

How do you clean an All-on-6 bridge, and what do reviews involve?
Six implants means six places where gum meets implant, and plaque left there is where problems start. Brush the bridge twice a day, then clean underneath it daily with a water flosser, superfloss or small interdental brushes at each implant.
At reviews the bridge is unscrewed so the implants and fitting surface can be cleaned with instruments that do not scratch titanium, and the screws and bite are checked. Peri-implantitis, inflammation with bone loss around an implant, is the main long-term threat; smoking, poor cleaning, uncontrolled diabetes and past gum disease raise the risk. A night guard protects the bridge if you grind. See implant cleaning and maintenance.

What is the starting price for dental implants?
The per-implant starting figure. An All-on-6 arch is not six times this; it is priced as a whole in your written plan.
| Treatment | Price | Per |
|---|---|---|
| Dental implant | From AED 4,000 | per implant |

How much does All-on-6 cost in Dubai, and what changes it?
Dental implants at Creative Arts start from AED 4,000 per implant. All-on-6 is priced in your written, itemised plan after a free first consultation and the CBCT scan, because each arch needs different work. The dental implant cost guide explains how to read a full-arch quote.
- One arch or bothEach jaw is planned, operated on and restored as its own stage.
- Sinus lift or bone graftOnly where the scan shows too little bone; listed separately with its own healing time.
- ExtractionsHow many teeth are removed and whether infection must settle first.
- Provisional stageA fixed provisional on the day of surgery or a removable one while the implants heal.
- Definitive bridgeFramework and tooth material, and whether pink gingival ceramic is needed.
When we will not recommend six implants
If six implants would need grafting you would rather avoid, if four would serve your bite as well, or if teeth can still be saved, we will say so and explain why. Ask first on our dental implant questions page, or see treated smiles in the smile gallery.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer All-on-6 at Creative Arts in Dubai?
Yes. Creative Arts offers All-on-6 full-arch implant bridges alongside All-on-4. Which one suits your jaw is decided after an examination and a CBCT scan, by looking at your bone at each implant site, your bite and your health. Dr. Firas Osman, Dr. Khalid Saeed and Dr. Kinan Bonni plan full-arch cases, and the bridge is made in the laboratory in our building.
Why would a dentist suggest six implants instead of four?
Usually because the bone allows it and the bite benefits. Six implants share chewing forces between more supports and carry the bridge further back, shortening the unsupported section at the back. That helps most in the softer upper jaw, in people who clench or grind, and on long arches. Your plan explains the reason for your case.
Is a sinus lift always needed for All-on-6 in the upper jaw?
No. Many upper jaws have enough bone for six implants without one. It is considered when the CBCT scan shows too little bone under the sinus at the back implant sites. If needed, it adds healing time and is listed separately in your plan; if you would rather avoid it, an All-on-4 design with tilted implants may be the alternative.
How long does All-on-6 take from start to finish?
Without grafting, the final bridge usually follows about 3–6 months after implant surgery, once the implants have integrated; a sinus lift or graft can add several months. Meanwhile you wear a provisional bridge, fixed if the implants were stable enough at surgery, removable if not.
Can an All-on-6 bridge stay in if one implant fails?
Often, yes. With six supports, the bridge may stay in use on the remaining implants while the site heals and a new implant is planned, depending on which implant is affected. Because the bridge is screw-retained, it can be removed, repaired or adapted. See implant repair.
How is an All-on-6 arch priced at Creative Arts?
As a whole arch, in your written, itemised plan after the CBCT scan, not as a package. Implants start from AED 4,000 per implant; the arch figure also reflects components, any extractions or grafting, the provisional and the final bridge. Six often cost more than four, but a four-implant plan that needs grafting is not always cheaper.
