Made by handWhat happens to your veneers in the laboratory
After preparation, your scan, photographs and approved mock-up go to Creative Art Dental Lab, a separate laboratory in the same building. A milling machine can shape a block; it cannot decide where your tooth is warmer or clearer. That is hand work.
- Colour gradient: warmer near the gum, lighter through the body, clearer at the edge.
- Internal detail: the faint structure inside the edge is built in, not painted on.
- Surface texture: fine ridges and a controlled glaze, so it reflects light like enamel.
The lab typically needs 3–5 working days and is closed on Sundays. Because it is in the building, the ceramist can see your teeth under the same light as your dentist when a shade is difficult. Small adjustments at the try-in can sometimes be made the same day; the veneers themselves are never made on the day of preparation.
