Whether treatment is needed
Only an examination, with X-rays where needed, can answer that. A written plan that lists alternatives is a better sign than a high rating.
We do not publish hand-picked testimonials. Our reviews are on Google, where anyone can read all of them. This page gives the rating, explains how to judge any clinic's reviews, and shows how to give us feedback.

In October 2026 Creative Arts was rated 4.8 on Google from 238 patient reviews. You can read them all on the Creative Arts Dental & Aesthetics listing on Google Maps. The rating moves as new reviews arrive, so the listing is always more current than this page.
We deliberately do not reproduce selected reviews here. A page of quotes chosen by a clinic shows only what the clinic wants you to see, and you cannot check who wrote them. On Google you see the whole spread of experiences, the dates, and the reviewers' other reviews, which is what makes a rating meaningful.
A rating is one signal among several. It tells you how people felt about their visits; it cannot tell you whether a treatment was needed or how well hidden work, such as a root canal or the fit of a crown, was done. The sections below explain how to read reviews critically, for us or for any clinic.
No single sign proves a review is real or fake, but together these give a fair picture of any clinic in Dubai.
| Signal | What it tells you | Be cautious when |
|---|---|---|
| Detail | Specific treatment, visit and outcome suggest a real experience | Many reviews are short, generic and similar in wording |
| Spread over time | Reviews arriving steadily over months and years | Dozens appear within a few days |
| Reviewer history | The reviewer has reviewed other places over time | The account has a single review and no history |
| Mix of ratings | Some lower ratings alongside high ones is normal | There is no criticism at all across many reviews |
| Recent reviews | Shows the clinic as it is now, with its current team | The good reviews are all several years old |
| Who treated them | Names of dentists show which team members patients saw | Praise is only for the building, never the treatment |
Reviews describe experience, not qualifications. To check that a dentist or clinic is licensed in Dubai, search the DHA's public Sheryan medical directory; our guide on checking a dentist's DHA licence shows how.
Use reviews to shortlist, then use these checks before you agree to treatment anywhere.
Only an examination, with X-rays where needed, can answer that. A written plan that lists alternatives is a better sign than a high rating.
Root canals, fillings under crowns and implant placement are judged by X-rays and time, not by how a visit felt.
Ask which dentist will carry out your treatment, and what their role is. Our guide to which dental specialist you need explains the titles.
For large plans, a second opinion is reasonable. Our guide to choosing a dental clinic in Dubai lists what to compare.
Honest reviews, positive or critical, help the next patient decide. You do not need to share health details you would rather keep private.
Go to Creative Arts Dental & Aesthetics on Google Maps.
Step 1You will need to be signed in to a Google account.
Step 2Say what was done, how it was explained and how you felt; naming the dentist helps other readers.
Step 3Google lets you update your review, for example after a follow-up visit.
Any timeTell the clinic first, while the details are fresh. Call +971 4 342 4444, send a WhatsApp message to +971 56 677 7537 or email [email protected] during opening hours (daily 10:00–20:00). Say which treatment it was, when, who treated you, and what outcome you are looking for, whether that is a review appointment, an explanation or a correction.
You can also ask for your records. The DHA Charter of Patient's Rights and Responsibilities states that patients have the right to review and obtain a report of their medical records, and that facilities must give information on complaints mechanisms. If a concern cannot be resolved with the clinic, the DHA runs a free online service for submitting a medical complaint about a healthcare professional or facility.
Our guide on what to do if you are unhappy with dental treatment in Dubai covers each step in detail.
Yes. Photographs of real patients treated at Creative Arts are on our veneers before-and-after page. Every result depends on the starting teeth, gums and bite, so ask your dentist what is realistic for you.
Dr. Duaa Ameen sees patients for general care, cleaning and gum health; Dr. Khalid Saeed, co-founder, and Dr. Kinan Bonni focus on cosmetic and implant dentistry. The whole team is on our doctors page, and our general dentistry page shows the everyday care most reviews describe.
Clinical statements on this page are consistent with these independent sources. They describe averages from studies, not a promise for any one patient.
On Google. The clinic's Google Business Profile is listed as Creative Arts Dental & Aesthetics, and anyone can read every review there, including critical ones, with dates and reviewer profiles. We link to that listing rather than publishing selected quotes, so you see the full picture.

Because reviews chosen by a clinic cannot be checked by the reader. Google reviews show the whole range of experiences, with dates and reviewer histories, which makes them more useful. Our website instead explains treatments, costs and the questions to ask, and links to Google for reviews.
Look for detail about the treatment, reviews spread steadily over time, reviewers with a history of other reviews, and a normal mix of ratings. Be cautious of many short, similar reviews posted within days. Remember that reviews describe experience, not qualifications, so also check the clinic and dentist on the DHA's Sheryan directory.
Open the clinic's listing on Google Maps, choose "Write a review", sign in to your Google account, choose a star rating and describe your visit. Naming the treatment and the dentist helps other patients. You do not need to share private health details, and you can edit your review later.
Contact the clinic directly by phone, WhatsApp or email, explain what happened and what you would like, and ask for a review appointment if needed. You can request a copy of your records. If a concern cannot be resolved, the Dubai Health Authority offers a free online medical complaint service.
