From digital design to the finished restoration

How we work

The centre started from a simple principle: a patient should receive an honest diagnosis and a written treatment plan before any procedure begins. No surprises in cost, and no treatment that is not clinically needed.

Dentistry is our only discipline — from implantology and orthodontics to prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry and preventive care.

What genuinely sets us apart is the in-house laboratory. Milling veneers and crowns on site means the doctor and the ceramist work on your case in the same room, and any refinement happens the same day instead of weeks later.

What we hold to

Diagnosis before treatment

Nothing begins without full imaging, diagnosis and a written plan.

Transparent cost

The price of every phase is clear before you commit. No hidden line items.

A dedicated dental team

Every case is guided by the right dentist on our team for it.

Control over quality

Our own laboratory gives us direct control over shade, shape and fit.

Who would actually treat you

The clinical team is ten dentists. They work alongside Basem Tobaji, Celebrity Smile Designer and CEO of Creative Art Group, who leads the group and its laboratory rather than treating patients. That distinction matters when you are choosing where to go: the person who answers your enquiry is not the person who makes the clinical decision.

Within the team, two clinicians are registered with the Dubai Health Authority as specialist orthodontists; the others work in general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with individual areas of focus — full mouth rehabilitation, veneers and implants, treatment carried out under a microscope, laser-assisted procedures, and conservative general care. Each profile states what that clinician actually does, which is why the pages differ from one another. See the individual profiles.

Where a case needs more than one of them, we say so before treatment starts and name who is responsible for each stage.

The clinic and the laboratory

Our digital dental laboratory operates on site, and it is the part of the centre that most changes how treatment runs. In most practices a restoration is designed in the surgery, sent to an external laboratory, returned days later, and adjusted at a second appointment. Each handover is a point where shade, contour or fit can drift.

With the laboratory in the building, the ceramist can see the patient. Shade matching happens in the same light as the natural teeth rather than from a written note, and a marginal discrepancy can be corrected in minutes instead of over a fortnight. For a single implant crown next to a natural front tooth — the hardest aesthetic problem in dentistry — that access is the difference between a match and an approximation.

The laboratory has been operating for 27 years and has produced work for more than 800 doctors and clinics across Dubai, which means it is a working laboratory with outside clients, not a room with a milling machine in it. Inside the laboratory.

How cosmetic and restorative work are coordinated

Most of what goes wrong in cosmetic dentistry goes wrong in the planning, not the execution. A veneer case fails when the bite was never assessed. An implant crown looks wrong when the implant was positioned for the bone rather than for the final tooth. Orthodontic treatment gets repeated when retention was never explained.

Our sequence is designed around that: disease is treated before appearance, the bite is established before definitive restorations are made, and where tooth position affects a cosmetic result, the orthodontic assessment happens before the restorative work rather than after it. You see the proposed outcome digitally, and in a physical mock-up where the case warrants one, before any tooth is prepared.

The equipment, and why each piece is here

Equipment is not a reason to choose a clinic. What matters is whether a given tool changes precision, comfort or treatment time in a way you would notice. The ones in daily use here are CAD/CAM design and milling for restorations, 3D intraoral scanning in place of impression trays, digital smile design, CBCT imaging before any implant, laser for soft-tissue and gum procedures, and Guided Biofilm Therapy for hygiene appointments.

Each of those has a specific job, and each page describing a treatment says which of them that treatment actually uses.

Standards and documentation

Sterilisation and treatment protocols follow World Health Organization standards. The centre has been an accredited training centre for dentists and dental lab professionals since 2008, which means the standards are externally audited rather than self-declared, and it hosts the Creative Star Awards for clinic management, laboratory work and dental design.

The before-and-after cases published on this site are our own patients, photographed at the clinic and published with consent. They are not stock images and not composites, which is also why the number of them is finite.

What happens after treatment

Treatment does not end when the restoration is fitted. You receive written aftercare specific to what was done, a review appointment to check the result, the bite and gum health, and a direct line for questions in between. Implants, bridges and full-arch work need a maintenance schedule rather than a discharge, and that schedule is part of the plan from the start rather than something raised afterwards.
