Before: the situation
Only the result after treatment is published for this case; no before photos are shown. The photos come from a studio portrait session and a close-up taken with cheek retractors, which hold the lips back so that the teeth and gum edges can be seen in full.
What was wrong, and why it matters
People ask for a smile makeover for different reasons: teeth that have yellowed or stained, edges that are worn or chipped, uneven lengths, gaps, or old fillings and crowns that no longer match. Often several of these sit together, so changing one tooth or whitening alone does not give an even result.
Because the starting point of this case is not published, this page does not say which of these applied. The planning steps below are the same whichever problem a smile makeover starts from.
The solution
The case was treated as a smile makeover by Dr. Kinan Bonni at Creative Arts. In the retracted close-up, the upper and lower front teeth are one bright, even shade with smooth surfaces, and the two upper central teeth are slightly longer than their neighbours, as in a natural smile. The pink gum edges follow a regular curve along the upper teeth. In the studio portraits, the new upper teeth show between the lips when she smiles and laughs, in several head positions. The uniform shade and surface on both arches suggest restorations rather than whitening alone, but the photos do not show which type was used.
How a case like this is planned at Creative Arts
Examination of the teeth, gums and bite, with smile photographs from the front and both sides
Digital smile design to plan the shade, tooth length and edge line against the face
A mock-up over the patient's own teeth to preview and adjust the proposed smile
A written, itemised plan with the treatment and its cost, given after examination
Restorations made at Creative Art Dental Lab, in the same building, from the approved design
Fit, bite and shade checked at the fitting appointment
After: the result
Her smile now shows even, bright upper and lower teeth in the close-up and in every studio pose, with a regular edge line across the upper front teeth.

Questions about this kind of case
What can an after-only smile makeover case tell me?
It shows the finished work clearly: the shade, the shape and length of each tooth, how the edges line up, and how the gum edges meet the new teeth in a retracted close-up. What it cannot show is how much changed, because the starting point is missing. To judge that, compare before-and-after cases whose starting point looks like yours, and at a consultation at Creative Arts in Dubai ask to see a mock-up of your own proposed smile before anything is made.
Why are smile results photographed with the lips held back?
In a normal smile the lips cover part of the teeth. Cheek retractors hold them back so that every visible tooth, the gum edges and the bite can be seen at once; this is where an uneven gum line, a shade step between neighbouring teeth or a rough edge would show. Portraits then show how the smile looks in daily life. Both views are useful, which is why this Creative Arts case includes a retracted close-up as well as studio portraits.
