What is Invisalign / clear aligners?
Definition
Clear aligners are removable, transparent plastic trays made from a 3D scan that move the teeth in small planned steps; Invisalign is a widely used aligner system.
Each aligner is usually worn for one to two weeks, about 20–22 hours a day, and removed only to eat, drink anything but water and brush. Mild cases often take six to nine months and comprehensive treatment typically 12 to 24. At Creative Arts in Dubai, Invisalign is planned and supervised in person by two specialist orthodontists, Dr. Muhannad Kazzaz and Dr. Valeriia Kozachenko, starting with an examination, a 3D scan and a digital simulation.
Ask who designs and checks your plan, how many refinements are likely, and whether retainers are included in the written plan. Ask whether attachments or tooth polishing between teeth are needed, and how often you will be seen. The final cost is listed in your plan before you commit.

What happens if I wear my aligners less than 20 hours a day?
Teeth move only while the aligners are in. Wearing them much less than planned means the teeth fall behind the digital plan, the next aligner may not fit well, and treatment can take longer or need extra refinement aligners. If you miss wear for a few days, go back to the previous aligner if the current one feels tight and tell your orthodontist.
