Before: the situation
The upper central incisors are yellow-brown and darker than their neighbours, with chipped, uneven biting edges and a small dark spot on one edge. Brown stain sits at the contact between the central incisors, with a small dark gap in the gum between them, and a dark, almost black area shows at the gum line of an upper side tooth. Orange-brown stained patches cover the lower side teeth on both sides, and one upper side tooth sits out of line with a stepped edge.
What was wrong, and why it matters
A smile like this combines several separate problems: discoloured front teeth, chipped edges, stained areas on side teeth and at least one dark area at the gum line. Each points to a different cause, from old fillings and decay to wear and changes inside a tooth, so treating only the most visible teeth would leave the others to keep deteriorating.
Chipped front edges and teeth out of line also change how the bite works. When the front teeth no longer guide the jaw smoothly, side teeth take more sideways load, and restorations placed without correcting that pattern are more likely to chip or loosen. Where teeth have already been lost, the bite loses support until the space is restored.
The solution
Dr. Marina described this case on her Instagram as a total dental rehabilitation: veneers, crowns and crowns on implants, with a very harmonious smile as the result. The after photo shows the upper and lower teeth in one light, even shade, with level edges on the front teeth and none of the earlier stains or dark areas visible. Envista, a global dental company, commented on her post: “Outstanding result! A full-mouth rehabilitation that achieves both function and a beautifully harmonious smile.”
A case with this many parts follows her philosophy of diagnosis and planning first, then carefully sequenced treatment. Each tooth is assessed to decide what it needs, the bite is analysed, and the stages are ordered so the final restorations are designed together as one smile.
How a case like this is planned and carried out
Examination, X-rays, 3D imaging where implants are considered, photographs and a digital scan
Functional assessment of the bite, jaw joints and chewing muscles
Digital smile design and a mock-up of the planned smile
Sequenced treatment: teeth treated first, implant sites and restorations in planned stages
Veneers, crowns and implant crowns made with the ceramist in the in-house lab
Bite review after the final restorations
After: the result
The smile now shows upper and lower teeth in one light, even shade, with level, smooth edges and no stains or dark areas. The front teeth sit in line, and the smile reads as one harmonious set.

In Dr. Marina Antoniuk’s words
From Dr. Marina’s own description of this case on InstagramTotal dental rehabilitation. Veneers, crowns, crowns on implants and a very harmonious smile as a result.
Her caption lists the three kinds of restoration involved; making them read as one harmonious smile is what the planning stage was for.

Questions about this kind of case
What does a total dental rehabilitation with veneers, crowns and implant crowns involve?
It combines different treatments in one plan: veneers where teeth are sound but need a new shape or colour, crowns where teeth are more damaged, and implant crowns where teeth are missing. The order matters, so diagnosis and bite analysis come first. Dr. Marina Antoniuk at Creative Arts in Dubai plans these cases in stages and explains each one before treatment starts.
Does a Russian-speaking dentist in Dubai carry out full-mouth rehabilitation?
Yes. Dr. Marina Antoniuk, a dentist at Creative Arts Dental & Aesthetics in Dubai, speaks English and Russian and has 17 years of clinical experience. Her work focuses on aesthetic and functional rehabilitation, including full-mouth cases with veneers, crowns and implant crowns. Planning includes a functional assessment of the bite and jaw joints, and every stage is explained before it begins.
