Quick answer

How much does full mouth rehabilitation cost in Dubai?

Full mouth rehabilitation cost in Dubai depends on how many teeth need treatment, how many can be kept and crowned and how many must be replaced with implants, whether bone grafting is needed, whether the bite height is being changed, and the materials chosen. At Creative Arts the cost is set out after examination and a CBCT scan as a written plan, priced phase by phase, so treatment can be staged.

Why a plan

Why is full mouth rehabilitation priced as a plan, not per tooth?

Full mouth rehabilitation means rebuilding most or all of the teeth in both jaws so that they bite, chew and look right together. It is rarely one treatment. A typical plan combines gum care, a few root canal treatments or extractions, crowns on teeth that can be kept, implants or bridges where teeth are missing, and a protective night guard at the end.

Adding up a price list tooth by tooth misses what drives the work: the order of treatment, the provisional (temporary) teeth worn while the new bite is tested, the laboratory stages, and the reviews in between. That is why an honest full mouth rehabilitation cost can only be given after examination, and why it should be broken into phases you can read line by line.

For what the treatment involves clinically, see full mouth rehabilitation. This page covers only the cost.

Phases

What phases are billed separately in a full mouth rehabilitation quote?

Most plans fall into these phases. Not every patient needs every one, and the phases that apply to you decide most of the total.

PhaseWhat it coversHow it affects the quote
Diagnosis and planningExamination, CBCT scan, intraoral 3D scan, photographs, bite records and a digital designA fixed first step; it decides everything after it
Disease controlGum treatment, fillings, root canal treatment, extraction of teeth that cannot be savedVaries widely with the health of the mouth
SurgicalImplant placement, socket preservation, bone grafting or sinus lift where bone is thinOften the largest single phase when several teeth are missing
Provisional (trial) phaseTemporary crowns or a temporary bridge to test a new bite height and the appearanceNeeded when the bite is being changed; adds visits and lab work
Definitive restorationsFinal crowns, bridges, veneers or a full-arch implant bridge made in the labDriven by the number of units and the materials
Protection and maintenanceNight guard, hygiene visits and reviewsA smaller line, but it protects the investment

Published prices in Dubai vary widely because two quotes may include different phases. Our overview of dental costs in Dubai explains how quotes are built across treatments.

Cost drivers

What changes the full mouth rehabilitation cost the most?

Two people with "worn and missing teeth" can need very different plans. These are the decisions that move the total.

  • Crowns versus implantsKeeping a tooth and crowning it usually costs less than removing it and replacing it with an implant and crown. The plan keeps teeth where they have a sound outlook, and replaces only those that do not.
  • Number of unitsTen crowns on the upper front teeth and twenty-eight units across both jaws are very different amounts of chair time and laboratory work.
  • Bone volumeThin or lost bone may need socket preservation, a bone graft or a sinus lift before implants, each a separate line.
  • Changing the bite heightWorn teeth often need the bite opened slightly. That calls for a provisional phase to test the new height before anything final is made.
  • Full-arch implant bridgesWhere a whole jaw has no reliable teeth, a fixed bridge on implants may replace them; see All-on-4 cost.
  • Materials and sedationZirconia, E.max or layered ceramic, pink gingival ceramic where gum is missing, and any sedation each appear as their own lines.
Crowns or implants

How does the mix of crowns and implants change the cost?

These three broad patterns cover most full-mouth cases. They describe relative cost and time, not prices.

Starting pointTypical planRelative costTypical length
Most teeth present but worn or brokenCrowns, veneers and bite rebuilding on your own teeth, after any root canal treatmentLower to moderateWeeks to a few months
Some teeth missing, others restorableCrowns on kept teeth plus implants or bridges for the gapsModerate to higherSeveral months, allowing implants to heal
Few or no reliable teeth in one or both jawsA fixed full-arch bridge on implants, with or without graftingHigher, especially for both jawsSeveral months, with a fixed temporary in between where possible

Implants typically need about three to six months to bond with the bone before the final teeth are fitted, which shapes the timeline. Our guide to implant versus bridge cost compares the two for a single gap.

Staging

Can full mouth rehabilitation be staged to spread the cost?

Usually, yes. A staged plan follows clinical priority, so each stage leaves your mouth stable and comfortable until the next one.

  1. Urgent problems first

Pain, infection and teeth that cannot be saved are treated before anything cosmetic.

    Stage 1
  2. Foundations

Gum health, root canal treatment and any implants or grafts that need healing time.

    Stage 2
  3. Trial bite and appearance

Provisional teeth let you live with the new bite and look before final work.

    Stage 3
  4. One jaw or one section at a time

Final restorations can be completed by jaw or by section, each priced as its own phase.

    Stage 4
  5. Protection

A night guard and regular hygiene visits once the work is finished.

Ask how long a phased quote stays valid

If treatment will run over many months, ask how long the quote for later phases remains valid and what would change it, such as a tooth that was meant to be kept needing replacement. Our guide on how to read a dental treatment plan lists the questions worth asking.

Who treats you

Who plans and carries out full mouth rehabilitation at Creative Arts?

Dr. Khalid Saeed and Dr. Kinan Bonni plan and restore full-mouth cases. Implant surgery, bone grafting and sinus lifts can be carried out with Dr. Firas Osman. Crowns, bridges and full-arch frameworks are made by Creative Art Dental Lab in the same building.

Patient questions

Frequently asked questions

Why is full mouth rehabilitation cost quoted as a plan rather than per tooth?

Because the work depends on order and stages, not only on tooth count. Disease control, any implant healing time, a provisional phase to test the bite, and the final laboratory work all add visits that a per-tooth list does not show. A phased plan shows what each stage costs and lets you see exactly where the total comes from.

What phases of full mouth rehabilitation are billed separately?

Typically diagnosis and planning, disease control (gum treatment, fillings, root canals, extractions), surgery (implants and any grafting), a provisional phase with temporary teeth, the definitive crowns or bridges, and protection such as a night guard. Not every patient needs every phase, and the written plan should show which apply to you.

How does the mix of crowns and implants change full mouth rehabilitation cost?

Keeping a sound tooth and crowning it usually costs less than replacing it with an implant and crown, and needs no healing time. The more teeth that must be replaced, the more surgical and laboratory work the plan includes. A good plan keeps teeth with a reasonable outlook rather than replacing them by default.

Can full mouth rehabilitation be done in stages to spread the cost?

Usually, yes. Urgent problems are treated first, then foundations such as gum health and implants, then the final restorations, often one jaw or section at a time. Each stage is priced as its own phase. Staging can make treatment longer overall, so ask your dentist how it affects the timeline.

Is full mouth rehabilitation cost higher if my bite needs to be raised?

It often adds a stage. When worn teeth have reduced the height of the bite, the new height is usually tested with provisional crowns or a temporary bridge for a period before final restorations are made. That trial phase adds visits and laboratory work, but it lets you and your dentist confirm comfort and appearance first.

Does sedation add to the full mouth rehabilitation cost?

If you choose it, yes, it appears as its own line. Sedation options are discussed after a medical-history review and are given and monitored by an appropriately qualified clinician. Many full-mouth visits are done under local anaesthesia alone; sedation is most often considered for longer surgical appointments or for anxious patients.

Why do full mouth rehabilitation quotes in Dubai differ so much?

Quotes often describe different plans: one may crown your own teeth, another may replace them with implants; one may include grafting, provisionals and a night guard, another may leave them out. Compare quotes tooth by tooth and phase by phase, and ask for the materials and the alternatives in writing.
